I have the perfect spot: It's in Anaheim, and it's called Fantasyland.
Sure, Malibu is the perfect spot for mountains and beach. But it's the perfect spot for wildfires, too. But the real point is this: You can't afford to live there. If you could, you'd have your "people" take care of it. Just sayin'.
