Beard growth is largely determined by genetics. What you can do for your part to promote your body's ability to grow a beard is eat a healthy, balanced, diet rich in proteins and vitamins, and exercise regularly. Beard growth is influenced by testosterone levels, and the more you exercise, the more testosterone flows through your veins.

One food that promotes hair growth in general (including the beard) is yogurt. A serving or two of yogurt each day is a healthy food choice and helps ensure that you are getting the protein your body needs to grow healthy facial hair.

As for which oil to use, there is an argument that castor oil may promote beard growth. But I don't have a beard nor do I use castor oil, so I've never really looked into that claim:

Anyways, I wish you all the best in life. But I would ask you to think twice before converting to Islam. The greatest divine ideal of Mercy, Compassion and Unconditional Love is to love all people of all faiths, teach us to respect and love everyone no matter their religion or sexual orientation, and abandon no soul to eternal hellfire. That's the God in whom I believe, but that's not the message I get from the Qur'an. May you be blessed and guided to Truth!

Wa alykum Salam.You can grow your beard with olive oil although there is a genetic for it.If your beard not grow well it is better if you shave it you would not have sin, because growing beard is not mandatory just only recommended (sunnah)

Hair growth starts from the inside out, so eat the right food;
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish.
Eat the right kinds of fat. Omega 3 fats, found in marine and plant oils, are good for healthy hair.
Make sure you're getting enough iron and zinc.
Get enough vitamin C.

Olive oil

It's genetics, not a bit of oil that will make the difference.

Islam is a man-made religion. There is not the slightest shred of proof whatsoever that it is from a god.
If you think you do have proof, feel free to click on my profile and email me. All I ask is that, after you send me an email, you don't put me on ignore like a certain other YA user did. Give me a chance to respond.
