I want to play one similar to bully but not gta and i can only play on steam. I want one where your a teenager and you can maybe skateboard around and steal and vandalize things. is there anything like this? your basically a punk teenager.

Basically, you are out of luck. Bully is in a class of its own on what you do in the game. Go to class, sleep in a dorm, skateboard and bike, etc. I'd say play a Tony Hawk game, an earlier Saints Row game, orGTA San Andreas. There aren't hardly any games with teenagers that do what they want, especially in an open world setting.

Well, there's Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, except it's not on Steam.
