    Actually, no.

Because the earth is not a closed system.

Theoretically at least, adding energy from the sun could possibly instill a bit of order without violating the 2nd law of thermodynamics.

I'm Not supporting Evolution here, just pointing out that entropy is not an argument in principle against it.

No it does not, because the ecosystem is not a closed system--it is open, and is constantly supplied by the sun with energy, which holds off entropy.

Also--saying "believe in evolution" is like saying "believe in gravity"--it's a silly way of phrasing it. It's not like it's a religion or something--it's a scientific fact. The Theory of "Evolution of Natural Selection" is a scientific theory which explains the observed fact of evolution, which is nothing more than the change and diversity of life over time.

    No, it does not.

Perhaps you don''t understand the principle of entropy...

or perhaps you don't realize that the Earth is not a closed system, and that energy is constantly being input into the system we call "Earth", and even matter is occasionally input into our system (e.g. meteorites).

We can suppose that our entire Universe is a closed system and is currently undergoing entropy...

but our planet is not a closed system. Energy is *constantly* being input into our planetary environment, easily "making up for" whatever entropy our planetary environment does experience.

No, not at all. Maybe you don't have a good grasp of the concept of entropy.

    Agree with a previous answer

Bet you dont even know what "entropy" or "evolution" mean

And I bet the idea of a "closed system" would just blow your mind.

Doesn't the creation of your God (who created him by the way?) violate the second law, or isn't your God a closed system and does his creator provide energy to him...

Entropy is only applied for a closed system.

See that big yellow round thing up in the sky during the day? Do you know what it's good at doing?

What you are referring to applies to a closed system. The Earth is not a closed system.

The question, and this answer, are both simplifications, there are enormous other problems with your insinuation.
