I have more than 600 vocaloid songs in my music player and like a 1/3 of them are Miku's so i find impossible to chose only one favorite.
So since you mentioned World is mine I'm gonna give you my favorite song from the same composer.

Honestly from World is Mine to ODDs & ENDs, Ryo improved so much! World is Mine is still a nice song, but it was at the beggining of his career and he got so much better with expressing his emotions through Miku's voice that make ODDs & ENDs his best work to date in my opinion.

But I discover and fall in love with new songs all the time. Two recent examples are Clean Tears' "Aishite? ~Love me do" and 410's "Swallow"
