Has the mother board on my TV gone Bad?

Update:

My TV is a 42ta648bx/f7 LCD. Power going through inverter board. Small green light comes on mother board and stays on. Function light on front of TV comes on when power button pressed and goes out immediately. Power on light does nothing. No change when the 3rd board is disconnected. Screen is black and stays black

Update 2:

Inverter board=power board. mother board is= main board. Sorry for the error.
