Why isn't the boyfriend being arrested for murder in Bobbi Kristina Brown case?

They may not have been able to sort through all the evidence and details yet. I think it's obvious that he had something to do with it, and I doubt he is smart enough to con his way clear, but if the evidence isn't there then so be it, otherwise he will be charged. She didn't get that way by accident.

I don't know how this made it into politics. Why is everybody so interested in this case just because she was Whitney Houston's daughter? That is the only legacy she will leave behind seeing she has never done anything else with her life but be rich and spoiled. I say let the authorities handle the case. There are more important things to worry about. Like getting ready for a presidential election and electing a president who will actually fix this economy. Which isn't likely but one can only hope.

Because 'It's obvious he's involved your honour' isn't going to stand up in court. The police cant just arrest someone on the basis that they probably were involved in a crime and hold them indefinitely until they decide whether they were or not, there's a time limit on how long a person can be held before they must be brought before a court for pre-trial or released. Heck, the court wont even issue an arrest warrant unless there is reasonable evidence to prove that a crime has been commited.

I don't think there's been much improvement and she hasn't regained consciousness. Some said that she was moving her eyes but that could be involuntary movement. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next few days the family make the decision to take her off life support. Very unlikely that she will fully recover. She will probably never be able to look after herself again for the rest of her life. It's hard to tell what is the truth because media sometimes exaggerates but overall, doesn't sound good.

No murder has been committed, therefore, the boyfriend can't be charged. There is an ongoing investigation centered around the boyfriend & a second party. Bobbi Kristina's body was badly bruised when the paramedics arrived at the apartment. The police & the detectives, are trying to find out how she got those bruises. Time will tell.

First, you can only arrest someone for murder if the victim is dead. But I suspect that really isn't what you are trying to understand.

When someone is arrested many "clocks" start "ticking." The government has a time limit on how much time it has to complete steps along the way. The government also has to be aware of double jeopardy concerns.

In short, the government doesn't want a guilty party to be freed because of a technical issue.

First, you have to have a motived to get arrested specially in this particular case hello people we're talking about Bobby and Whitney only child they shared together. And we still don't know really understand the reason why she were laying facedown in her bathtub at her place, Personally I think she were setup I just can't see her going down the same path that both her parents went through specially her famous mother.

Can't charge someone for murder until after their dead. If they charge him with attempted murder now they can't charge murder later on same victim. I believe this is a branch off of the double jeopardy rule.

Because of her dads lawyer. Straight up that's the difference between this case, treyvon martin and michael brown.

These people have a lawyer and Martin's family and Browns family didn't have a high powered attorney. Magic happens with money.

I don't think that the current evidence would support a murder charge at this time. More may come to light later as the investigation proceeds.
