How would feminists feel about public male arousal?

On say, public transportation (just sitting as usual) or in personal life, say, on a date or picnic or meeting.

I would have addressed "females" in the header, but feminists tend to get the most worked up about these things.

    As long as he's not touching/exposing himself like some creeps like to do in public, i'll try to ignore it.

    Obviously, they have a different standard than they do for females becoming aroused.

    If he was just hard, it's whatever. Women get turned on in public as well, you just can't notice. If they're touching it, or whip it out, that's when there's a problem.
