How do you keep a cast iron skillet from sticking.I don't wash it with soap.I clean it with clear water then season it. What do I need to do?

    You season the cast iron before its first use and that's it. Rub cooking oil into the pan then bake in the oven at 300 for an hour or so. Once seasoned add whatever you cook with before cooking, spray, oil butter or whatever and cook. Clean with soap and water or just wipe clean and reuse. Cast iron can be seasoned again if needed.
