Can i take four 250 mg Biotin a day?
the recommended dose is two a day, I am trying to grow back my hair because i shaved it for cancer fundraiser yesterday, so i am planning to take two biotin each meal i am not quite sure if that makes perfect sense lol.

No, you should take only the recommended dose, any more than that can have side effects, that is why they put a recommended dose.
