How to get hired after getting fired twice?

I've been fired once at a similar institution for my tone of voice. I have improved on that and now I've gotten fired because 4 people have complained about my attitude, and the way I communicate. The way I communicate seems like a norm to me and the people I am around as well. Of course this second firing happened under the 90 introductory period but I've interned for a year and do get a job and to lose it I feel defeated and don't know what to do anymore. Anyone else have this happen and how did you deal with it
