CV no experience and no education?

Hi

I want to write a CV for my MUM, she never went to school, and has never worked, always been a house wife.

I really don't know how to write her CV, as she wants to start working and doesn't know how to apply for jobs cause they all ask for CV's

any help on how to start

Thank you

Start with getting her to do this. She's an adult that has been used to having things done for her for far too long. Help her out, but make it her job to start with here.

Given her lack of experience, it's find to say "I was a housewife for X years" - and then ideally mention talents/volunteer things she sustained in this time. She will have to start at the bottom here though. Or, perhaps her first step is a vocational school to learn something.

When you say she never went to school - how low does that go? Is she literate? Can she do basic math? If not, that's where you start - if she can't even do basic cashier type jobs, get her up at least to that.

Mum is UK and she must have gone to a school until she was 16 no one here was allowed to stay home.

Education is important on a CV, so ask her why she was allowed to stay home.
