iPhone 4S problems!!! Please help, urgent?

Update:

My phone died earlier in the day and has been sitting on charge for the last 2 hours, and has not even showed a flicker of life. It has shown that it is charging, but just will not turn off... holding the home and power button simultaneously does not work, I really need help, someone please

    Remove it from charge and try again charging. It's a firmware issue. Keep the phone on charge even if it takes overnight. It sure will start up.
