What would be the best mixture for organic fertilizer? How much compost/cow manure? Would it matter?

Update:

As far as plant needs, I just wonder if the mixture would possibly kill the plants. It is very rich. And should I add any soil at all. Thanks, Whatevers.

Depends on your soil needs, your plant needs, and what you have. It matters, perhaps, but if you wanted to go 1:1 for ease, you can.

I would say around a fifth or a quarter is enough.
