For the areas where a promoter runs regular cards -- absolutely. But the economic model remains based on regional promoters, so it's like a team in Triple-A baseball.....if you have one in your city, it may be a summertime blast -- if not, you could care less.

this is what it is today. a parody of the past.

the last "good" NWA promotion that I saw on tv was NWA Wildside. it had AJ Styles, Abyss as Justice, Fallen Angel, whatever name Ron Killings was using. it eventually became TNA when it combined the talents of Wildeside (Georgia) , World Wide (Tennessee) and Border City (Canada).

today it is dead. the Ohio branch sending some guy named the Sheik to Japan didn't work, the Houston owner sending Conway, whoever is that young guy jobbing to Lyger, and whoever was that jabronie tag team, that went to Japan were nothing but low end indy guys. Only Rob Conway looked like a professional.

Fu ck you Bruce Thape. Fu ck you for treating Adam Pierce and Colt Cabana the way you did. FU you bastard.

No. It hasn't since WCW left the NWA in 1991.
