Earth loses roughly 50,000 tons of mass every year, because hydrogen and helium loss to the solar wind is greater than that gained from incoming space debris. So, barring a major asteroid impact during that time, Earth will be around 50 million kilotons lighter in a million years. That's around 4.53601e13 kilograms, roughly the mass of the small Saturnian satellite Pallene, if I have my numbers right, which is never entirely certain.

Stay the same, nothing significant is coming or going from the Earth.
