Sooooooo, is Johnny Manziel done in the NFL?

Teammates don't like him and they say that he lacks talent

Not quite. He's shown that he lacks the arm strength and intelligence to play in the NFL -- quarterbacks can't succeed by throwing air balls into the middle of the field -- but he still has over $5,000,000 in guaranteed money coming to him so Cleveland will keep him around for at least one more season.

He won't start -- in fact, he won't see much playing time at all unless the Browns decide to throw games to get the top pick in 2016 -- but he will hang around to collect a paycheck until it becomes feasible for the team to cut its losses and pay him to go away.

Manziel really is trash and he took his shot at the NFL and blew it.

He's got a chance to turn it around, but it remains to be seen if he can. So far he's on a fast track out of the league. It really will depend on how he comes into this year and how much work he does to learn the NFL game.

Actually, it depends on his work ethic during every offseason. If Johnny Manziel works hard and performs very well in practice every day, he will greatly improve his chances of becoming a successful, top notch NFL quarterback in the future.

Not yet. He certainly has talent, but it's also unfair to call a first-round pick a failure when he's barely played. He didn't start off well but neither did John Elway in 1983

Not yet. Has to show his stuff this year or he takes a Tebow's nap.

All depends on how this rehab goes, it can change who one is, he may come out the other side with his total focus on the game. That would change a few opinions on him.

Basically, he is finished. He is another Tebow, but in a different way.
