Don't know if I've just eaten uncooked bacon!!?

I'm 15 and I've just grilled some bacon, it looks done to me but what do I know, I don't like it crispy so I presumed it had done. It was pale with brown lines on and I cut all the fat off the edges so the sides didn't curl up, help me I think I'm gunna get food poisoning

    the temp of the food just needs to reach high enough limits in the thickest part of it

    to kill off bacteria

    if you put it on a a reasonable heat , for long enough ( 10 hours should do one side ) /....then it should be ok

    you say you don't like your food crispy .... i think you do now , cook things until crispy and you know ...

    i use to eat raw bacon all the time. i might have worms. you didn't eat uncooked bacon because it was exposed to heat.

    You will be fine even if it was totally raw it would not poison you provided was not past its sell/use by date
