i can't stop eating everything in my house like i have to have something to mess with or chew on

im not even hungry

    ahh. i know how you feel. i dealt with this a little. emotional eating. i have anxiety too but i figured out a way to deal with it. you can too.

    tips

    - chew spit food or chew gum so you don't damage your body or get fat by overeating. it's not good to overload your body.

    - when you feel anxiety tell yourself "everything is okay" or "everything is fine". keep repeating it. that's what i do. it's like a mantra. it might feel weird at first but you get used to it and it helps a lot. i talk to myself and repeat certain phrases/mantras all the time to comfort myself.

    - or curl up in a ball and hug yourself or get a blanket/pillow/stuffed animal. something to comfort you.

    also intuitive eating will prob help you a lot so here's a thing about Intuitive Eating:

    and ALSO haha quotes help me a lot so they might help you. short and sweet. their like little therapists. there's a quote for anything! find ones that resonate with you.
