America is not only the world's largest user of drugs, they also make the most actual profit from the sale of both illegal and legal prescription drugs.

In world war two, Japan was the world's largest illegal drug dealer, and Germany had Bayer pharmecueticals who were the first to release heroin to the public, invented methadone, demerol, oxycodone and also made the tons and tons of methamphetamine that every single Nazi soldier was given to "improve" their ability to kill millions of people, in Hitler's misguided attempt to take over the entire world.
