No one will beat that because no one takes the dunk contest seriously. Back in the day you had Doctor J, Dominique Wilkins, etc. relishing the chance to participate. The All Start festivities are now a joke. Kobe has no chance of having the finals success MJ did---he ruined that when he decided he couldn't get along with Shaq. LeBron has a slightly better chance because he plays more of a team game but without a GM like Riley acquiring the key supporting players, it is doubtful.

Personally I think no one will ever beat those stats. So MJ will always be atop however it's possible in the far future.

Neither, the league banned Defense to make more players 'look like Mike', so by definition nobody will beat him, because even if they wanted to, they can't show how good they'd be with real Defense allowed.
