Can someone help me choose a suit of armor for my RPG character PLEASE!?

One is:

+8 Ice Resistance

+3 Poison Resistance

+3 Defense Attribute Bonus

+8% All Fire Damage

+1% Gold Find

The other is:

+6 Electrical Resistance

+7 Fire Resistance

+4 Poison Resistance

+4 Ice Resistance

+20% Knock-Back Resistance

Which armor would you pick?

What game? in said game what class/Cast/Race?

Edit: I would go with the second mostly cause the Knock back and the wider range of elemental resistance. most magic users tend to favor elemental attacks and some resistance to everything is better then a focused resistance, also the knock back keeps them from getting in more hits as you try to close the space between you and them.
