What is the constitutional definition of "Arms". Should this include full auto, explosives, long range weapons, or nukes?

When I ask my friends that belong to tea party their only reply seems to skirt the question. Answers like "Lets leave those to professionals". Should the government have the right to regulate weapons at all. The constitution does not give the government this right as far as I can see. Maybe I missed something that does.

It isn't explicitly defined, that is why people are still arguing about it 200 years later.
