Can you compare the number of people killed by Christians with the number of people killed by Muslims?

Christianity has existed hundreds of years longer than Islam and in much more, globally speaking, barbaric times.

In the GRAND TOTAL of history, I'd say that the death toll between Christianity and Islam is most likely pretty similar... But the killing done in the name of Allah is being done on a far larger scale AFTER the development of the 1st world, when such things were no longer tolerated by the majority of the population of the planet.

What primitive Christians did 2000 years ago is different than what Muslims are doing in 2015 in that humanity KNOWS BETTER...

A lot of people who claim to be Christians are always doing stupid things .Just because I claim to be the president I can't walk into the white house and pardon a bunch of criminals. Do you think if I did and I was arrested for trying to enter the white house that the news would say " Today the president was arrested for trying to enter the white house ?" No they would say someone pretending to be the president did this.Many claim to be Christians but they are not .Jesus never said to kill anyone as a matter a fact He said to allow someone who hits you in the face to hit you again if they want to .The battle between good and evil is not fought with guns or weapons used by men .But with The Word Of God by The Holy Spirit.against powers and principalities that exist in the realm of the spirit. Many are deceived and claim to be Christians who never read the bible or go to church or trust Jesus . You will know who someone is by the fruits they produce . People can claim to be Christians but they cannot pretend to bring forth good fruit in their lives for long before their true self is revealed .Men draw from what is inside of their hearts and if their hearts are evil they cannot produce good things.The fruits of the spirit are Love ,joy ,peace,kindness, goodness ,faithfulness, and long suffering = (waiting patiently while hoping and praying the best will happen even if it doesn't appear that way) .The fruits of the evil spirit are Lust ,drunkenness, fornication,lying ,stealing ,gossiping ,gluttony ,idolatry and of course murder or killing people. There are others .True Christians don't kill people and those who claim to do it for God are deceived and do not actually know God or what He stands for .The pope is not a true Christian but many people believe he knows The Living God, he does not . This is a fine example of how many can be deceived by lies.Muslims teach that if they kill infidels or unbelievers they will go straight to heaven.It say this in the koran .Some muslims claim this is not what muslims believe but the koran is either all correct or it is wrong it would not be a little of both if it was truly from God. So Muslims have killed many more than Christians, although I am not sure how ,many have been killed by people who claimed to be Christians.Just because someone claims to be something does not make it true .Unless he proves it in a certain way. Murder or killing was not taught by Jesus so true Christians don't practice killing or murder. Muslims claim to be rewarded for killing.

Yes. The number of people killed by muslims is far greater. Muslims have committed 25170 deadly attacks since 9-11-01. Not killed 25,000 + people, but 25 thousand attacks that have resulted in at least one death.

You mean in the name of Christianity? Yes, they are very much the same. But what's funny is that Christians will say that Christians killing nonbelievers is somehow justified.

Let there not be competition to kill people in the name of God. God loves this world. God wants to love this world and make it a better place for humanity.

Yes, but it won't cause anyone to change their religion. I see people trying to equate me, an atheist, with megalomaniacs like Stalin. That's just silly. Unfounded insults don't convince people to change.

It's hard to get accurate figures for mass murders that happened centuries ago.
