We argued because l (sag)  started this new job and I'm never home, when I'm home I'm late or exhausted and I'm not paying as much attention to my acqua boyfriend as I used to (even if I call him every day, chat and call him no matter what) and because he thinks this job is a phoney just like my last one and he doesn't want me to get hurt... I apologized about never being home and to get him worried but I can't stop working this hard because I'm really into my new project because I believe in it (showed him why) and because it pays off extremely well (showed him why) but he's still upset, I don't want to make my boyfriend unhappy but I am not giving up my projects... How can I reason with him?

Tell him you understand that he is only looking out for you but this is your decision to make.. No matter the outcome. Aqua is a stubborn sign and doesn't much care for change. They don't like coming off as needy so they will make other seemingly valid and logical excuses as to why you shouldn't do something.. Usually there is an underlining reason why they moan and grown about it.. Mainly having to do with missing you.

Don't let a guy decide for you about your job, family and friends. You need a job, that's it, so keep it. If you really have problems then start looking elsewhere too.
