How did you deal with divorce?

I focused on work and my support system (family/friends), and tried to look at the road ahead as full of possibilities and potential, even though it was scary.

One day at a time was my motto. My divorce was only finalized in January, so I'm still learning. I also found support from a friend who went through a divorce a couple years ago. She's been an excellent listener.

I`m not married but I would say don`t try to hold back on the feelings just let them out and try to focus on yourself or children if you have any
