Can you get married in u.s ; if you got married in honduras?
My friend wants to get married in u.showever she got married once in honduras and never declared her marriage in u.s . no one knows and 1 week later they broke up. Now theres people who tell her she can because the government wont find out since it was never declared.

Technically she would be committing a fraudulent marriage if she does, but the US government wouldn't find out unless someone told on her. It's still risky because the new US marriage could be declared invalid later on and her ex in Honduras could take her to court in the USA and sue her. It's one of those things that could crop up 20 years from now and cause a lot of problems.
