I'm having trouble uploading is 0.87 a very low speed for broadband?

up loading is 15.62 which seems fine

    Upload speed is usually a tenth of download speed. However yours seems closer to a twentieth. Use a proper speedtest tool to confirm and if it is correct get in touch with you isp
