Should I stay up all night?
I have an English essay due tomorrow on a book I have NOT read (Narrative of the life of Fredrick Douglas). I also have to write 4 précis summarys (also due tomorrow). I have to do a major works data sheet which is like 4 worksheet pages, and I bet you can guess, that's also due tomorrow. So basically I didn't do a major project that we had like a month to do, yeah I know I shouldn't have procrastinated but I did.
I'm in AP English 4 and I have a 75 in the class which is passing but if I don't do this project then I'll be failing!
So do I stay up all night and finish the whole project and risk looking and feeling like crap all day tomorrow?!

Par it down. I just read about 1/3 of that narrative by Douglas this evening and reading the first say, 20 pages, gives you a good idea about the general drift of the book, which is, everything they did to the people held in slavery, or "for" them was designed to keep them ignorant and submissive to keep their form of economy going. I am not sure how long your paper is but you can write a pretty decent paper reading just the first 20-25 pages. Then you can read the entire thing later...I am going to finish it later (it got too sad and I needed a break) because his writing is amazing. DO not stay up all night. Do the best you can, if you get a lousy grade, ask if you can rewrite it.

Well, if I were you I would stay up all night to finish it. Grades are more important than looks. Assuming you're a girl, just throw up your hair in a bun and put on leggings or sweat pants, and when you get home have a nap.
