Does it matter to you that an ILLEAGAL ALIEN can get a tax refund but never paid or filed for taxes previously?
They can use the EIC earned income credit and receive up to 3 years back refunds even though they may not have been in the U.S. for 3 years.

Yes it does and if anyone is unaware that they are receiving up to 35 thousand in Refunds even though they never paid taxes then that person should not be on here asking for sources.

If they didn't pay taxes, they don't get refunds. When you grow up and get a job (assuming you do't end up on welfare like typical conservatives) and have to file taxes, you'll understand how the system works.
