What year did GM change their 8 bolt wheel patten? I have an older GM that needs a wheel upgrade... What's the newest year I could buy?

I'm not sure on the year, but just wanted to let you know about another option you might like. They sell adapter/spacers for virtually every car. You could get the one that fits your truck but converts it to a more popular lug pattern so you can easily find a rim set for the truck.

You could go to tirerack.com and put in your vehicle info, since you chose not to share it. Then go up in years to see any difference. Keep in mind that just because the bolt pattern matches up that the offset may not be the same every year.
