Downloaded a driver but can't install?

Greetings all, I bought myself a secondary monitor and downloaded the right driver (I hope.) But for some reason, It came in a zip folder with a bunch of files I don't know anything about. Screenshot below.

So called drivers for monitors are basically only ".INF" files that contain the characteristics of the monitor. In some video utilities, you can select the monitor in question, and "load" the profile as though it were a driver (install driver).

Try to update the monitor driver and just point to the folder where those files are. Any "install" will find the files it needs. Without more detail as to what OS you have, what video card, etc., hard to guess more than that.
