Gunshot wound help? (Story writing)?

Update:

Scenario: You are wanted,on the run. Being the good person you are, you expose yourself to save your friend. You're alone in the woods. Just you, your friend, and two novice soldiers, only one with a gun. With a sly nod, you and your friend dash in two different directions. The one with the gun was so nervous, you were sure they wouldn't shoot! But, alas, because I'm cliche, he does shoot and the bullet grazes your arm.

1. Can you run?

2. Would there be a lot of blood?

3. How serious?

4. Etc..

Update 2:

By "etc", I meant, I ran out of space to continue writing my questions.

I just want accurate medical advice on how to write this. I don't want it to seem unrealistic, in the sense that they keep running for miles. Or perhaps they feel too much pain, or not enough. What if I write them too strong or too weak? Serious answers only please. I dont have time for ignorant trolls who live in their parents basement eating Ramen.

You don't have time for trolls, we don't have time for writers who can't be bothered with doing actual research.
