I just got a brand new desktop and connected it all up but nothing will display on the monitor?
Just reconnected old desktop and monitor kicks in straight away, had tried the power cycle thing but nothing. Any advice would be welcome

Thanks starrysky, nothing would display at all. Anyways doesn't matter it just knocked out the circuit breakers in the house. First thing tomorrow Harvey Norman will have to deal with it
