Do I think he can beat mayweather or pacquiao..Not quite, Thurman still has some major defensive deficiences that could be exploited... If he could fix those, thurman would be very dangerous than he is right now...A fight with Brook, Bradley  will tell me a little bit more about him but thurman boxed well against the gutsy guerrero..

Thurman did great but he got hit too much. I think he will be 10 times better if he paced himself and tightened his defense. However, I think he will beat Maidana and Bradley at this stage in his career. The guy is vastly improving.
