Why would bananas cause night terrors?

anytime I eat a banana late in the afternoon I have the most horrible nightmares ever, what in a banana could cause this?

    It might be that eating bananas gives you gas which causes you to have nightmares. Certain foods cause this to happen.

    It's not the actual banana, but your belief concerning the banana.
