AAA didn't have me sign anything (Maryland) when they jumped my car, is this allowed?

Am I supposed to get a receipt or something of the sort. All they did was jump my car. I didn't purchase a new battery from them.

They didn't charge you anything for the service, which is part of your membership fee, minus the incident for the year. You have a certain number of service requests allowed per year at each level of membership. You don't usually sign something for service, just making the call using your name/member number is sufficient.

Yes it is allowed, and normal procedure in many parts of the country.
