bread pudding made with croissants?

    I hate croissants so to me it sounds greasy but ANY bread works in bread pudding. Go for it.

    It may seem delicious but the other answer was right being croissant is greasy and flaky too to make bread pudding. Preferably Italian bread not flaky ones like Danish etc, but bread like bagel, brioche, ciabatta, challah etc. will taste better

    What's up with all the nay-sayers? It's awesome!! I've made it. As I recall I mixed in dried cherries and chunks of dark chocolate - phenomenal! Served it at a dinner party and everyone loved it ;)

    i have had this before, it is very good, the bread is thinner than normal bread and you are able to taste more of the ingrediants
