I think my friend is mentally retarded?
Im not entirely sure how to explain it but hes definitely off. He has the emotions of 10 year old (hes 18) and doesnt react to things normally and says stuff he thinks is hilarious but its just weird and stupid. There more but i cant really explain it well he just seems different. Should I ask him? I dont think he knows though. I have a step brother with Aspergers (i think thats how u spell it) and him and my friend have a lot of similar behaviors. Im not entirely sure what to do about this. Any help is welcome, thanks :)

my boyfriend is the same way. and there are people like that, you know how some kids where dropped on their head as a baby? well. some where thrown at a wall. hes probably just socially awkward. or has some kid of weird thing to him. but more likely than not its just his personality
