So we have a dress code at my school that states we cant wear hats. I obviously chose to wear one anyway, but I figured they would simply tell me to take it off, and I would be on my way. Instead they confiscated it, and I was like "Okay, I will get it back at the end of the day, no big deal". But instead when I showed up to the office they told me they were keeping it, and I can never have it back. Like ever. Is this legal? What should I do about it.?

My friend is on house arrest and she said it's because she ran away but I don't think that's a legal punishment for running away... I Think she did something worse and im kinda worried about her. I live in Ohio btw

I'm 16 and he's 10 but every time I walk by him he will tell my dad I hit him and start crying! I think he just does it because he likes to see my dad yell at me. I tried talking to him but he won't tell me anything and I tried talking to my dad and he says if you don't go near him it won't happen but that's bs it's my house I should be able to go where I want. (I don't go in his room just other places in the house). So what should I do? My dad sometimes hits me when my brother lies but that's about the worst that will happen. I'm thinking about actually hitting him so he knows what that feels like but I dont know. Any help is welcome.

Im not entirely sure how to explain it but hes definitely off. He has the emotions of 10 year old (hes 18) and doesnt react to things normally and says stuff he thinks is hilarious but its just weird and stupid. There more but i cant really explain it well he just seems different. Should I ask him? I dont think he knows though. I have a step brother with Aspergers (i think thats how u spell it) and him and my friend have a lot of similar behaviors. Im not entirely sure what to do about this. Any help is welcome, thanks :)

Some leg workouts would also be appreciated because of the whole never skip leg day meme. The bench press does have this leg lift thing where you can put weights on it but thats all. Also the workouts dont have to be using the press i also own a few free weights but thats it.

Well actually i know my brother stole from me but i cant exactly prove it. Hes such a bad liar. He stole roughly 50 bucks. Also i didnt know about this but my parents told me he went in my room "looked through my wallet" and then walked into the kitchen and told everyone i have money in my wallet. Like WTF who does that??? But we looked everywhere amd cant find the missing money so we cant prove it. I have 6 siblings and when we asked them about it they all said thats what happened except ryan my other brother who is best friends with the one who i think stole the money (tyler). But that makes me think they may have done it together rather than just the one. But i know at the very least tyler stole some money from me. And hes not even gonna get in trouble because my mom thinks hes the golden child. So is there anything i can do or am i just out of 50 bucks.

Im 15 and want to die. Im always sad for some reason but put on a happy face at school. I was suicidal before about a year ago and got over it. I was actually the happiest i had ever been but now im back and i fear this may be a never ending cycle. I dont even want to commit suicide per say i just say to die... Any thoughts?

I think the source is because im am atheist. And i have a very strong knowledge on the topic of religion compared to actual religious people. And for some weird reason i always feel the need to point out flaws in religion to religious people when the topic is brought up (usually they start the conversation). Even though im not really doing anything wrong and only trying to make them think i feel bad or guilty. Is there something wrong with me?

Ive kind of asked this before but really didnt get a good answer. So im 15 and this girl i like is also 15 and we both go to the same high school (im a sophomore and shes a freshman but our age is the same) but she os dating a freshman in college, an 18 year old. They are sexually active too which makes me mad as hell (one i like her, and too its illegal) although they did start dating when he was 17 i dont know the law well enough to know if that makes a difference. But anyway, i dont know if i should tell her how i feel. It could ruin our friendship. But at the same time it could get her out of that relationship where he is obviously using her. Im a 10th grade 15yo male. And i really like this girl who hangs out with me from time to time. Shes in 9th grade but 15 years old as well so whatever. And im not sure how to approach her in a i wanna go out kinda way. Also another road block is she is dating some guy in COLLEGE. And i honestly dont aporove of that relationship at all but if her parents are okay with it theres nothing i can do. So anyone have any advice?

Today in class we gave our body biography presentations. Basically an all about me. And this one girl said "she loves god" and afterwards i asked "which god do you love?" And received a 5 minute rant about tolerance and respecting others beliefs. I dont believe i was being intolerant for there are many gods and i just wanted to know which one. Was I intolerant?
