How to workout the whole upper body with just a bench press?

Some leg workouts would also be appreciated because of the whole never skip leg day meme. The bench press does have this leg lift thing where you can put weights on it but thats all. Also the workouts dont have to be using the press i also own a few free weights but thats it.

    It's not a "bench press".....That's the exercise you do on it. It's just a weight bench. Presumably you have a barbell set to go with the bench.

    In this case, you need a program. Specifically, you need a basic, full-body, beginner's program. You want to work all the major muscle groups in your body. A little research on the web should show you what you need.
