How much would it cost to create a replica of one of the twin towers including furnishings, etc..?

Last I knew, the two buildings cost 3.2 billion.

The subway train station in the basement must have cost millions.

Being that there is no comprehensive set of photographs of the millions of square feet of leased space, nobody could possibly know what all the furnishings, carpet, and wall hangings looked like.

I do not see how it would be possible.

I just wonder about the pets that belonged to the people in the WTC who's owners never came home, and the children never picked up at daycare because their parents parishes in the buildings, etc.
