Is there a simpler method?
I have actually divided PQ in the ratio √2:1
to find O' the centre of the red circle.
It is not uploading. P is a point outside circle with centre O and PA, PB are tangents. The problem is to draw a circle with PA & PB as tangents and touching the bigger circle at Q.
Simply put if there is a square with an inscribed circle you have to fit in a circle in between the circle and one corner touching both the sides and the inscribed circle.
