Is there such a thing as a external notebook "pcmcia" ?
I have one of those old style Sound Blaster notebook "pcmcia" type sound card but my XP is too old and slow to support it anymore. Now I have great computers but they don't have that type of card reader. I saw some usb "Memory card readers" but will they support the sound card? I would think a pcmcia with a usb adaptor would be perfect if there is one. Any model numbers would help if possible. Thank you!

No. PCMCIA related devices are no longer supported by any machine.
