Any good websites for soccer moms and dads to learn the rules of the game?
I get frustrated pretty often with some of the calls by the officials but honestly I don't know enough about the game to know if they got it correct or not.

The 'book' is Called "The Laws of the Game". It is under 50 pages Ilength. As you state, the problem is that you don't understand the rules. The refs have training and experience. It will take you that training and experience to understand the nuances of the laws.
There is a very old and true saying. "Soccer, such an easy game. Only
17 Laws (rules). It only takes and hour to read, and a lifetime to understand".
You will become only naively informed without training. Take a ref class at your local club / organization.
