I think most people love music but generally Venus in the 5th house is good for this. Venus in aspect to Neptune maybe; Mars and Neptune similarly. The voice is about Mercury so perhaps in harmony with Mars or Pluto and the Moon involved somehow. Mars and Venus somehow connected to show talents in doing artistic things using hands so maybe playing an instrument or something that requires the person to manually do something to do with art.
Neptune is about dreams, illusions and art so maybe some sort of influence there from Neptune to the Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars could show some sort of artistic talent, (but also where they maybe could have their head in the clouds).
Pluto sextile Neptune was around for decades just after the second world war and is about tremendous compassion and sensitivity and if one of these is in aspect to the Moon, it can give that extra bit of imagination.
These days we have Pluto square to Uranus and that's about the destruction of humanity and global terrorism.
