Is it weird that I find myself thinking in a rapid speed and don't even realize I'm doing it?

This is weird but I find myself all the time thinking at a rapid pace and then all of a sudden I realize I'm doing it and it's almost like I feel I fell on to something that can change the world and then forget it and I dream every night but for what I've herd only a few percent can do that but some of my dreams are with out a doubt about the future should I see this as a gift or should I be worried or is it normal to do this
