Y&R ... What do you think Abby's reaction will be, when on April 8, Ashley's paternity is revealed?

Abby will be an emotional train wreck. For those who don't know the back story. Ashley's Mother Dina Mergeron had the affair with pro-golfer Brent Davis, who is Ashley's real father. John Abbott is Ashley's step-father. Ashley only knew John Abbott as her father and it remained that way regardless of truth. Abby doesn't know that John Abbott isn't her real grandfather, but for all intents and purposes he is. Eventually, I figured this would surface again. It may be that it's too painful for Ashley to reveal since she didn't accept it herself, of course, Abby will be upset, shocked and bewildered, but she's still a Newman, Victor is her Dad. And, how that came about In 2000 Jack's former lover and Victor's latest ex-wife, Diane Jenkins steals Victor's sperm from a sperm bank, though Nikki switches the sample with Jack's sperm. Ashley then steals Victor's sperm and impregnates herself, claiming that the father is a stranger; this was to make up for the abortion she had years prior. She then marries Brad Carlton and gives birth to Abby Carlton, who is raised to believe she is the daughter of Brad. Ashley is diagnosed with breast cancer, and feeling that she may not have time left, she confesses the truth about Abby's paternity to Victor. Crazy shows..lol.

I think she'll be shocked/betrayed that her mother would lie about something so huge, she will feel that she no longer is an Abbott. I bet she'll go to the bar and find Stitch there, they'll get drunk and end up having a hookup back in her hotel room.

Yup.. I know where this is going.

Pathetic, because she stole Victor Newman's sperm and was artificially inseminated back then. And as I recall she had almost 20 different affairs and this guy Brent is not listed on there.

So this means they are changing stories again.

The same way she reacts to everything.. over the top like it's all about her and her world is coming to an end, and it's the world's fault.

I think that Abby will be shocked. So would Billy since he never knew the truth about that either. Only Jack knew the truth.

oh gees thats some news wow I had no idea she could still get pregnant . I guess Victoria will be looking more towards Billy now
