That Under Review message usually indicates the question has been deleted either by the asker or as a violation. Sometimes it is just another glitch so try using the F5 refresh key and if is not actually deleted it should show the question Today there are more than a few glitches happening.

Means that the question was reported and yahoo is reviewing it to make sure it was right to be reported.
