What PC components must I use for my next PC gaming build?

I have already made a shortlist, please advise me on whether this build will be able to play the latest games at High or Ultra settings at 8k

CPU - Intel 9350 5.6Ghz

GPU - 4x AMD GTX 7950 Ti 2TB Ultra clock

MOBO - ASUS TiTan X97

HDD - 8gb

SSD - 3TB

RAM - 16x 8gb 2.4ghz DDR5

DRIVE - Floppy Disk Drive 1.44mb

PSU - 6000w Corsair 80 plus silver certified

This is just so I can run Minecraft, MS Office, Call of Duty 12 - Battlefield Ops, Pac-Man and Win98

Please feel free to add any suggestions

    I think though that you should use the 1024bit sonic torent architecture technology to be used with MS windows 15. The New CPU only works at 10Ghz right now but there is a rumour that it will hit 15 in 6 months.
